2008 OU Clarinet Symposium
INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
Each year, the
Dates and Location
This year’s Symposium will
take place June 5-7, 2007 in
Display Hours
The display rooms are open to
the public on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (June 5 through June 7) from 9:00am
to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
Fees
Display fees are as follows:
$250 for one table
$60 for each additional table
The display fee includes
access to all Symposium events for one member of the displayer’s party.
Set up and Tear down
Display set up: Wednesday,
June 5th 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Display
tear down: Saturday, June 7th
5:00pm – 9:00pm
Security
The display rooms are locked
before and after business hours and during the noon hour. Symposium staff
members monitor the locked display rooms over the lunch break and overnight to
ensure the safety of your merchandise.

Exhibitors may wish to ship
their merchandise to
Display Registration
To register, please download
a Display Registration Form from the website. To return the form
electronically, type your information and save as a MS Word document, and email
it as an attachment to elisabethhall@ou.edu.
Alternately, you may print the form and mail it to the address below. In either
case, payment by check must be mailed to the address below. Please make checks
payable to the
