All events take place at Catlett Music Center, on the campus of the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.

To/From Airport

Ground transportation between hotels and the Oklahoma City Will Rogers World Airport is available from Airport Express. Early Symposium registrants will receive a coupon for a reduced rate from the airport to Norman. Visit http://taxivan.com for information and reservations.

Symposium Shuttle (Between Hotels and Catlett Music Center)

A daily shuttle service is available that goes between Catlett Music Center and our two Symposium-affiliated hotels: La Quinta and the Fairfield Inn.

A one-time fee of $25 per person provides transportation throughout the Symposium from La Quinta and Fairfield Inn to Catlett Music Center and back. The shuttle schedule is as follows:

Morning (in time for morning events): Hotels to CMC

Late Afternoon (following afternoon events): CMC to Hotels
Before Evening Concerts: Hotels to CMC

After Evening Concerts: CMC to Hotels

Parking

Free parking will be available to Symposium registrants in the parking structure beside Catlett Music Center. If you have questions about where to park, visit the registration table when you arrive.

From I-35:

§ Exit on Lindsey Street and head EAST

§ Turn LEFT on Elm Street

§ Catlett Music Center is on the corner of Elm and Boyd
